House Raising Prep – RW Footings and House Piers
Daz has been working hard again and cut the top section retaining wall footings and the 14 piers. Great progress. The northern RW is looking like it will be over 3200mm high, contacted the engineers to discuss a plan moving forward.
Omar from Survey360 dropped in again and re-pinned to profile board that we lost during the recent bad weather.
Tamati and his offsider and checked the footings (start Mon 17/3) as well as Adrian from Mancini Masonry and talked about RWs and schedules (start Tue 1/4).
Tomorrow (Fri 14/3) the first bits of steel will be installed under the existing house. Fingers crossed the rain stays away and we could be raising within the next 2 weeks.
