This is our list of decisions made and to-be-made across all of the project’s aspects..

Decisions Made

1. 1. No window hoods
   2. dog door under internal stairs platform (open arch) & back deck larger for dog
   3. add new French doors (#69) to space under stairs
   4. add arches to new hallways
   5. delete window Bed 3 (North)
   6. 1x high glass cabinets either side of main sink in kitchen
   7. add 2x windows (fixed) max high dining nook (South)
   8. fridge width space max 1000mm
   9. kids toilet and BR – BR shelves set back into toilet space around toilet sink
   10. stairwell window architraves at 92x18mm
       
       1. no seat
       2. window start 1000mm from floor level
       3. three windows fixed stacked
       4. two lintels in between 35×70 (5mm set back in front inside house)
   11. cladding 190 (178) x 21
   12. all internal doors set back on inside (old style) with architraves 68×18 on outside wall
