One day after our Building Approval was granted (on 31/1/2025), we started the demolition. First cab of the ranks was the roofing iron. It to 6 hours climbing up and down the big ladder about 500 times and unscrewing the sheets. Luckily we were able to access all screws without having to actually climbing onto the roof. The metal will be recycled and dumping it is free. So far no expenses yet :-). Tomorrow we will start using the brand new 40V Makita Recip saw and remove the timber roofing frames.
