Waterproofing
This is also something that needs to be done by a licenced contractor unless its cheap which it will never be. For a project like this the value will be over $3,300 before you even start thinking about it. From experience, there are huge variations in waterproofing quotes, as in massive differences. Talk to your plumber, they will most likely know a reputable and reasonable water proofer so start there.
Waterproofing must be done by a licensed QBCC contractor and the contractor must complete an inspection certificate Form 16.

Waterproofing has to be done inside as well as outside (behind any retaining walls), check your engineering designs for details.
NOTE: make sure that the contractor uses the most recent form as the QBCC will reject any old forms and you will have to get back to the contractor to get yet another certificate. This has happened to us before and it was extremely painful getting them to fill out more paperwork (which was fair enough but annoying).
