Gardening
We have all seen this… a massive renovation was completed and there was no money or drive left to make the gardens look nice. Some places are like that for many many years. We have allocated $10K and do most if not all of the gardening ourselves. It also includes watering systems and pumps. we already have water tanks so that’s excluded from the price. Garden edging and paths and some small steps/retaining walls etc. are also included.
$10K goes long way if you do it all yourself, not when outsourcing it. Some friends of our paid over $100K for gardening and landscaping, no thank you.
