Progress and Crews (16 & 17 April 25)
Today(16th) the LVLs were delivered by Paul from OzBuild (again) and luckily Daz and the 5-tonner were on site to help getting them on top of the wall. Brad and Sons Josh and Locky started and worked hard to get the LVLs up. James helped me all day which was awesome. Nicko finished the last part of the welding and Neil picked up the 5-tonner after lunch. Daz started cutting the footings for RW Phase 2 and we got close to finishing the first half. Tomorrow (17th) more LVLs and the flooring up and finishing the RW cuts and 4x piers for the last set of posts. Then 4 days off and hopefully start the framing as per The Plan.
