Roofing and Guttering
This is an outsourcing job. Unless you are an expert, don’t do this yourself. We have a corrugated iron roof. There are several reasons for outsourcing:
- its always working at height so its dangerous
- its gotta be done 100% properly so nothing leaks
- its gotta look good, cutting in ridge caps is a special skill, try it to see how difficult it is to do it neatly
- professionals are quick, non-professionals most commonly take forever
- sheets are heavy, long, sharp and get super hot in summer, not something that sound very attractive to do yourself
- guttering is tricky and challenging to do properly
- when outsourcing, any issues will be fixed by the installers which is a big bonus
