Feedback from other OBs has been that scheduling and planning is one of the most difficult parts of being an OB. Therein lies some truth. This course provides you with some tools and methods to better manage tasks, whether they are things you need to do or things that sub contractors are responsible for. We all know that relying on others to get things done can be very challenging (and sometimes outright super frustrating).
